Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before commissioning.

1. Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to delivery of final files.
  • All prices listed are starting prices and may increase depending on complexity. A final quote will be provided before work begins.
  • Payments are accepted via agreed-upon platforms only (e.g., PayPal, Ko-fi, Wise, PromptPay (TH), or other specified methods).

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced, except as outlined below.
  • If I determine the project cannot be completed on time and progress is less than 25%, a full refund will be issued.
  • If progress exceeds 25% and I am unable to meet the deadline, a 5% deduction from the refundable portion will be applied for each period of delay.
  • If the client requests cancellation after work has started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

3. Revisions - 3D Models & Avatars

  • Up to 30 minor revisions are included during the modelling stage (before the model is confirmed/finalized).
  • Once the model is confirmed by the client, any further changes are considered major revisions.
  • Minor post-confirmation changes: $5 USD per change.
  • Major post-confirmation changes (significant rework): $15–$30 USD per change, quoted individually. Only 1 major revision is permitted after confirmation.
  • Changes that fundamentally alter the agreed-upon design may be declined at my discretion.

4. Revisions - Textures

  • Up to 10 major texture revisions are included.
  • Unlimited minor texture adjustments (color tweaks, small fixes) are included.
  • Additional major texture revisions beyond the included 10: $3 USD per revision.

5. Base Model Ownership

  • For commissions involving modification or retexturing of existing base models (e.g., Rexouium, Wickerbeast, Rexouium, etc.), the client must own a valid license for the base model before the commission begins.
  • Proof of purchase may be requested. Work will not commence without verified ownership.

6. References & Communication

  • Clear reference material must be provided for all commissions. This includes character sheets, color palettes, mood boards, or any relevant visual references.
  • Vague or insufficient references may result in delays or additional revision costs.
  • The client is expected to respond to progress updates in a timely manner. Prolonged inactivity (30+ days without response) may result in the commission being closed, with no refund on the deposit.

7. Deadlines & Rush Policy

  • I do not accept rushed commissions. If a client pressures for unreasonable deadlines, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. In such cases, work completed will be delivered as-is and the 50% deposit will be retained.
  • Estimated turnaround times will be provided at the start. These are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Usage Rights & Credit

  • The client receives personal use rights for the commissioned work unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement is made prior to commissioning.
  • Redistribution, resale, or claiming the work as your own creation is strictly prohibited unless commercial rights are purchased separately.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • I am not responsible for any issues arising from improper use, modification, or implementation of delivered assets by the client or third parties.
  • Compatibility with future software updates (e.g., VRChat SDK updates, Unity versions) is not guaranteed after delivery.

10. Agreement

  • By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
  • These terms are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any updates that affect ongoing commissions.
